Barn Restoration, Relocation, & Conversion
Curt Iden, owner of Iden Barn Homes, has been involved in the restoration, conversion, and/or relocation of approximately 20 barns over the past 25 years. We work with architects that specialize in 18th and 19th century barn and house restoration, an important ingredient when the barn project is a restoration or conversion. We have found through the years that the most beautiful end product is achieved when the builder, architect and owner appreciate and understand the barn structure and its original intended use.The following are completed projects of Iden Barn Homes and Curtis L. Iden, Judith Iden Partnership that show the extent of our work. Note that three of the barns were relocated and then finished as conversion projects. The other three are examples of restoration & conversion projects using barns in their original location.
